“Food is love”, this is a quote from Chef Jasper White, owner of Summer Shack and cookbook author, and it describes how I feel about cooking. I have been cooking for friends and family for many years and I love the joy I can bring to people with good quality food. After receiving my bachelors degree in marketing/communications and working in the field for a few years I realized where my real passion came from, and that was in the kitchen. I followed what made me happy and attended culinary school. I’m a graduate of the Cambridge School of Culinary Arts where I learned to hone my skills as a professional chef. I started a personal chef business called Personal Dish, catering small dinner parties, custom pizza parties and weekly meal service. I’m starting this blog to share fun easy and homemade recipes, as well as restaurant review here and there and other food related topics. Thank you for checking out my page!
